Our Growth Journey

From Humble Beginnings to Modern Excellence

Our journey began with a humble opening in 1969 with an Outpatient Department, a 6-bed Maternity Ward, a 7 bed Male Ward, a 12-bed Female Ward, 4 Private Rooms, a Delivery Room, and 1 Main Operating Theatre. Today, we have increased our capacity and services several fold and have a total of 55 beds with the best Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in the country, 2 Operating Theatres with advanced facilities, more than 70 consultants and manpower of nearly 300 employees. Woodlands hospital attends to nearly 50 In-patients and 500 out-patients daily.
